1. Find the property you are interested in.
2. Make a non-binding offer — the owner signals their interest.
3. Pre-qualify yourself as a legitimate buyer.
4. Book or pay for a viewing time if required.
5. Fill out the owner’s purchase form.
6. Select and identify respective real estate lawyers.
7. Send the purchase intent form to the lawyers to complete the sale and land titles.
